Determination of 4 Pesticide Residues in Pear by Gas Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry Method
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the determination of 4 pesticide residues in pear.Method:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by 800 mg magnesium sulfate,120 mg PSA and 10 mg GCB tubes, and determined by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.Result:The correlation coefficients(R)were 0.997 2 to 0.999 6,the recoveries were 80.0%to 111.0%,the relative standard deviations were 0.82%to 1.18%(n=6),and the limits of quantitation were 0.01 mg·kg-1.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity and accuracy, good repeatability, and can satisfy the determination of 4 pesticide residues in pear.
