摘要
食品安全是关系到公众健康和社会稳定的重要问题,随着食品生产和贸易的全球化,食品安全问题日益突出,因此发展高效、准确的食品安全检测技术是当前的重要任务.近年来,随着生物技术、信息技术和纳米技术等新技术的应用,食品安全检测技术得到了快速发展和创新.本文概述这些新技术在食品安全检测中的应用,并探讨未来的发展趋势,以供参考.
Abstract
Food safety is an important issue related to public health and social stability.With the globalization of food production and trade,food safety issues are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,developing efficient and accurate food safety testing technologies is currently an important task.In recent years,with the application of new technologies such as biotechnology,information technology,and nanotechnology,food safety testing technology has experienced rapid development and innovation.This article outlines the application of these new technologies in food safety testing and explores future development trends for reference.
