开展食品质量检查中新型检测技术与标准制定的研究对于提升食品质量安全水平具有重要意义.本文概述新型检测技术的发展现状,分析新型检测技术的优势与局限性,阐述新型检测技术标准制定的必要性,并探讨了新型检测技术在食品质量检查中面临的挑战与对策,同时对未来发展方向进行了展望.
Abstract
The research on new detection technologies and standard formulation in food quality inspection is of great significance for improving the level of food quality and safety.This article provides an overview of the current development status of new detection technologies,analyzes the advantages and limitations of new detection technologies,elaborates on the necessity of formulating standards for new detection technologies,and explores the challenges and countermeasures faced by new detection technologies in food quality inspection.At the same time,it looks forward to future development directions.
