摘要

随着社会经济的高速发展,食品供应链越发复杂,食品安全检测工作面临着前所未有的挑战.快速检验技术具有操作简单、高效、准确等特点,在食品检验检测领域得到广泛应用.本文对快速食品检验技术的特点及具体应用进行分析,并提出完善食品快速检验技术的应用建议,以进一步推动快速检验技术在食品行业的应用和发展.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the social economy,the food supply chain has become increasingly complex,and food safety testing work is facing unprecedented challenges.Rapid inspection technology has the characteristics of simple operation,high efficiency,and accuracy,and is widely used in the field of food inspection and testing.This article analyzes the characteristics and specific applications of fast food inspection technology,and proposes suggestions for improving the application of fast food inspection technology to further promote its application and development in the food industry.
