摘要
水产品由于含有丰富的营养成分受到广大市民的喜爱,然而近几年,国内水产品中重金属含量超标事件时有发生,使得重金属污染问题成为制约水产品质量安全的重要因素之一.水产品中重金属主要来源于生活污水、工业产品及污染、农业生产中产生的污染等.本文简述国内水产品重金属污染情况,指出水产品中重金属污染不仅取决于水产品自身的重金属富集能力,还与养殖环境中水质、底泥和饲料等因素有关.同时本文梳理我国现有的水产品、渔业用水中重金属限量标准及常用的重金属快速检测方法,以期为后续水产品重金属检测提供参考.
Abstract
Aquatic products are loved by the general public because of their rich nutrients,however,in recent years,the heavy metal content in domestic aquatic products exceeds the standard event occurs from time to time,making heavy metal pollution has become one of the important factors restricting the safety of aquatic products.Heavy metals in aquatic products mainly come from domestic sewage,industrial products and pollution,and pollution produced in agricultural production.This paper briefly describes the heavy metal pollution of domestic aquatic products,and points out that the heavy metal pollution in aquatic products is not only dependent on the heavy metal enrichment ability of aquatic products themselves,but also related to the water quality,sediment and feed in the breeding environment.At the same time,this paper sorts out the existing heavy metal limit standards in aquatic products and fishery water and the commonly used heavy metal rapid detection methods in China,in order to provide reference for heavy metal detection in the later aquatic products.
