With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,people's attention to food safety issues is also increasing.Food safety is closely related to people's health.Food safety standards are the cornerstone of food safety management and the main legal basis for dealing with food safety issues in China.They play a vital role in ensuring food quality and safety.Relevant departments should strengthen the implementation of food safety supervision and management system.This paper aims to explore the application of food safety standards in food safety management practice,in order to escort food safety.
