Discussion on Food Safety Problems and Control Management Strategies of Basic Canteens
The food safety problem of the basic canteens is related to the food health and rights of teachers and students.Strengthening food safety management can enhance the food safety awareness of teachers and students,maintain the reputation of the school,and implement the national food safety strategy.In this regard,this paper discusses food safety problems in the four links of food procurement,food processing,food packaging,and food storage and transportation in basic canteens,and puts forward relevant control and management strategies in order to strengthen food safety control in basic canteens and build a safe eating environment.
