摘要

新时期下食品安全已成为关乎人类健康和影响社会经济发展的重大课题,食品安全生产涉及从原材料采购到成品销售的各个环节,能否科学有效地开展质量管控工作直接关系到消费者的饮食安全和食品企业的持续发展.本文探讨了食品安全生产中的质量控制与管理工作的实施路径,以期为食品企业提供科学、实用的指导策略,为食品安全管理水平的持续提升提供理论基础.

Abstract

In the new era,food safety has become a major issue related to human health and social and economic development.Food safety production involves all aspects from raw material procurement to finished product sales.Whether quality control can be carried out scientifically and effectively is directly related to the food safety of consumers and the sustainable development of food enterprises.This paper discusses the implementation path of quality control and management in food safety production,in order to provide scientific and practical guidance strategies for food enterprises,and provide a theoretical basis for the continuous improvement of food safety management level.
