在餐饮具阴离子合成洗涤剂的检测中,质量控制是实验室至关重要的一部分.为了确保检定、校准、检测结果的有效性和准确性,实验室应采取相应的管理措施.本文主要从标准物质、试剂和耗材、设备和器具、环境、样品、标准规程、实验室人员、检测结果的质量控制进行概述,确保检测结果的准确性,为人们日常监管执法和食品检测实验室的质量控制提供技术支撑和借鉴指导.
Abstract
Quality control is a vital part of the laboratory in the testing of anion synthetic detergents for tableware.In order to ensure the validity and accuracy of verification,calibration and test results,the laboratory shall take corresponding management measures.This paper mainly summarizes the quality control of standard substances,reagents and consumables,equipment and utensils,environment,samples,standard procedures,laboratory personnel and test results to ensure the accuracy of test results,and provide technical support and reference guidance for people's daily supervision and law enforcement and quality control of food testing laboratories.
