摘要

食品包装打码是赋予食品生产日期、生产批号、保质期等内容,是消费者选择和判断食品新鲜程度的标准,也是产品质量追溯的重要依据.食品在打码过程由于设备故障、人为设置错误等因素,会出现缺陷,缺陷产品进入市场不仅会侵害消费者权益还会给企业造成损失.本文结合食品包装打码常见的缺陷投诉情况,多方面系统分析了缺陷产生的原因,并提出一系列切实可行的管理措施,为食品企业的包装打码管理提供参考.

Abstract

Food packaging code is a standard for consumers to choose and judge the freshness of food,as well as an important evidence for product quality traceability,which is assigned information such as production date,batch number,and shelf life to food.During the production process of food,there may be printing defects due to equipment malfunctions,personnel operation error,and other factors.Products with such defects enter the market not only infringe upon consumer rights and interests but also cause losses to enterprise.This article systematically analyzes the causes of defects from several aspects based on consumer complaints,and proposes a series of practical and feasible management measures,providing reference for food enterprises to manage packaging code quality.
