Objective:To establish a rapid analytical method for the determination of 12 common additives in food by high performance liquid chromatography.Method:After solid-phase extraction pretreatment, the sample was passed through a C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm),with methanol and ammonium formate acetate as mobile phases for gradient elution,DAD detector detection, and external standard method for quantitative analysis.Result:The 12 additives had good linear correlation in the concentration range of 0.5~50.0 µg·mL-1,and the correlation coefficients were all higher than 0.999.The method detection limit was 0.008 0~0.095 2 mg·kg-1,and the recovery rate was 85.07%~104.18%,and the RSD was 0.6%~4.2%.Conclusion:This method is simple to operate, has high sensitivity, high resolution and fast analysis speed, and can complete the rapid detection of 12 additives in food within 16 minutes.
