Rapid Detection of Metronidazole by Immunochromatography with Upconversion Nanoparticles
The purpose of this study was to develop an immunochromatography method based on upconversion fluorescent nanomaterials to rapidly detect the content of enrofloxacin in aquatic products.Upconversion fluorescent nanomaterials have special optical properties which can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection.Upconverted immunochromatography strips were prepared under optimal conditions by optimizing the antibody-conjugated pH,screening the labeled particle size, and determining the coating concentration. The detection limit of this technical method is 12.01 ng·mL-1,the recovery rate of spike is 95.73%~115.03%,the coefficient of variation is 7.78%~22.17%,and the detection process can only take about 10 minutes. This method provides a reference for the determination of enrofloxacin in aquatic products, and provides a basis for the expansion of the test method.
