To accurately verify the laboratory's ability to detect Salmonella in disposable tableware,the laboratory voluntarily participated in the validation plan for the detection ability of Salmonella in disposable tableware products.This experiment tested Salmonella in two samples according to the GB 14934-2016,and the test results were both positive,achieving satisfactory results.This article also provides a brief analysis of some key quality control points in the process of capability verification.
