Analysis of Monitoring Results of Chemical Pollutants and Harmful Factors in Food Sold in Weifang from 2019 to 2023
Objective:To analyze the pollution situation of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food in Weifang city,identify the types of pollutants and discover the hidden dangers of food safety in time,and provide basis for the supervision of relevant departments.Method:14 kinds of food samples sold in Weifang city from 2019 to 2023 were collected for chemical pollutants and harmful factors monitoring,and the detection results were statistically analyzed.Result:Among the 2 750 samples,112 samples exceeded the standard,and the total exceeded rate was 4.07%.There was no statistical significance in the overall trend of sample exceeded rate in different years(χ2趋势=1.291,P=0.256).There was statistical significance in the over-standard rate of 14 categories of food,among which eggs and egg products had the highest rate(17.50%).From the monitoring indicators,veterinary drugs and prohibited drugs are the most serious cases(4.29%);in addition to the production and processing links,there are cases of excessive sample detection in each sampling link.Conclusion:The risk of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food sold in Weifang city is generally low,but there are still cases of exceeding the standard.It is suggested that relevant departments take effective control measures to ensure the food safety of residents.
