目的:对承德地区山楂中 44 种农药残留进行检测分析并评价.方法:利用气相色谱-质谱/质谱联用方法检测山楂样品中44种农药残留含量.结果:44种农药残留组分在0.2~0.6 μg·mL-1 线性关系良好,相关系数均大于 0.998,加标回收率在 70.8%~104.5%,相对标准偏差在 0.18%~5.20%.结论:承德地区山楂产品安全性较高,病虫害综合防治技术较好,能够为食品安全监管提供数据支持.
Analysis and Evaluation of 44 Pesticide Residues in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.in Chengde Area Based on GC-MS/MS Technology
Objective:To detect and evaluate 44 kinds of pesticide residues in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.in Chengde area.Method:44 pesticide residues in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.samples were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Result:The 44 pesticide residues had a good linear relationship between 0.2 μg·mL-1 and 0.6 μg·mL-1,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.998,the recoveries were 70.8%~104.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.18%~5.20%.Conclusion:The safety of hawthorn products in Chengde area is high,and the comprehensive control technology of pest and disease is good,which can provide data support for food safety supervision.
