Application of Detection Technology of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products
The quality and safety of agricultural products are closely related to people's health and life safety,so it is of great significance to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.Some pesticides are often used in the production of agricultural products.If the use of pesticides is unreasonable,especially the use of chemical pesticides in excessive doses,it is easy to have excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products.If people eat agricultural products with excessive pesticide residues,it will have adverse effects on their own health and even endanger their lives.In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,it is of great practical significance to do a good job in pesticide residue detection.This paper summarized the significance of pesticide residue detection in agricultural products,analyzed the key technologies of pesticide residue detection in agricultural products,and discussed the application management countermeasures of pesticide residue detection technology in agricultural products.
