摘要

随着绿色发展理念的深入人心,高校餐饮作为校园内的重要服务部分,其绿色发展与可持续模式的建设显得尤为关键.本文分析了绿色餐饮的核心理念,探讨了可持续发展的基本模式,并结合高校餐饮现状,深入研究了绿色餐饮的具体实践.在此基础上,本文指出了高校餐饮在绿色发展过程中面临的挑战,并提出了相应的对策,以供参考.

Abstract

With the popularity of the concept of green development,university catering as an important part of the service in the campus,the green development and the construction of sustainable mode is particularly critical.This paper analyzes the core concept of green catering,discusses the basic mode of sustainable development,and combined with the current situation of university catering,in-depth study of the specific practice of green catering.On this basis,this paper points out the challenges faced by university catering in the process of green development,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for reference.
