Heavy metal pollution in food will endanger human health.Accurate and rapid detection of heavy metal content in food has become the focus of research in the field of food safety.This paper summarizes the application of food heavy metal detection technology,and expounds the advantages and disadvantages and principles of different detection technologies,in order to provide a theoretical references for food heavy metal detection.
