Research on Low-Temperature Cooking Techniques Based on Food Safety
With the acceleration of people's pace of life,people pay more and more attention to the nutrition,health and safety of ingredients.As a new type of cooking method,low-temperature cooking technology has gradually been favored by consumers because it can maintain the original taste of ingredients and reduce nutrient loss.In this paper,the low-temperature cooking technology based on food safety and its application points are discussed in depth,and the importance of rational selection of ingredients is analyzed,in order to provide theoretical support for the application of low-temperature cooking technology in the field of food safety and promote the integration and development of food safety and cooking technology.
