Research on Rapid Detection and Analysis Methods for Nutrients in Food
This article introduces the definition,classification,and physiological functions of food nutrients,points out the influence of various factors in the food processing and production process on nutrients,and discusses the principles of rapid detection technology,such as spectral analysis technology,electrochemical sensing technology,biosensor technology,and nanotechnology in the detection of food nutrients.A series of optimization strategies are proposed,such as optimizing sample pretreatment technology,detection conditions,data processing and analysis algorithms,and multi component simultaneous detection technology,to improve detection efficiency,accuracy,and reliability of detection results.Through the research in this article,we hope to provide strong support for the rapid detection and analysis of food nutritional components,thereby ensuring food safety and promoting the development of the food industry.
