Construction and Optimization of Food Safety Risk Control System
Food safety is a hot topic of social concern.In a risk society,food safety related entities all pursue interests and values.How to reduce information asymmetry between enterprises and consumers in the governance of food safety issues,improve the self-discipline level of enterprise entities,strengthen the regulatory measures of administrative law enforcement departments and the supervision of the public have become the key points of food safety risk control.Reflecting on the current food safety risks in China in the context of a risk society,this paper explores the ethics of food safety risk responsibility,and proposes suggestions for building a food safety risk control system at the levels of enterprises,consumers,government,and the general public.This provides useful suggestions for the optimization and development of the food safety risk control system.
