Analysis of the Current Situation of Food Safety in Hotel Catering Service Areas and Discussion on Countermeasures
With the people's yearning for a better life,"eating safely"as a necessary condition to meet the needs of life is receiving more and more attention.The current domestic tourism industry is hot,the passenger flow of hotels is high.As one of the focuses of public opinion,the food safety in hotel catering service areas has put forward more requirements to the majority of food industry personnel.Although the food safety situation in the hotel catering service area is stable and good,the food safety risks can not be underestimated.This article conducts a survey and research on food safety in 10 hotel catering service areas in Chengdu,analyzes and evaluates the research results,identifies and summarizes the main risk points that currently plague food safety in hotel catering service areas,and based on this,discusses countermeasures and puts forward suggestions,providing reference for the investigation and rectification of food safety risks in hotel catering service areas.
