摘要

随着我国社会经济发展水平的日益提高,人们的生活水平逐渐提升,食品供需关系发生巨大变化.食品在数量上已经能基本满足人们的日常生活需求,人们开始重点关注食品的品质和质量安全.随着食品种类的不断增加,人们对食品质量的要求越来越高,因此加强食品质量安全监管是应当重点考虑的问题.本文阐述了食品质量安全的监管背景,分析了食品质量安全监管的现状,从多个角度提出应对食品质量安全监管现状的改善策略,以期为食品质量安全监管发展提供有价值的借鉴.

Abstract

With the increasing level of socio-economic development in our country,people's living standards are gradually improving,and the relationship between food supply and demand has undergone tremendous changes.Food has basically met people's daily needs in terms of quantity,and people have begun to focus on the quality and safety of food.With the continuous increase of food types,people's requirements for food quality are becoming higher and higher.Therefore,strengthening food quality and safety supervision is a key issue that should be considered.This paper briefly expounds the background of food quality and safety supervision,analyzes the present situation of food quality and safety supervision,and puts forward some improving strategies for dealing with the present situation of food quality and safety supervision from various angles,in order to provide valuable reference for the development of food quality and safety supervision.
