Discussion on Quality and Safety Risk Identification and Prevention and Control Measures in Food Inspection Laboratory
Food safety is closely related to people's lives,consumers pay more and more attention to food safety issues,but also put forward higher requirements for food inspection work.At present,there are many risks in the quality and safety of food inspection laboratories,which have an impact on the accuracy of food inspection results and the life safety of laboratory personnel.Based on this,this paper discusses the quality risks existing in the operation of food inspection laboratories,such as physical and chemical risks,operational risks and management risks,and puts forward solutions to the above problems,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of food inspection processes and results,and provide theoretical support for the efficient development of food inspection laboratories.
