Analysis and Research on Quality and Safety Management and Control of Plateau Yak Dairy Products
Plateau yak yogurt has rich nutrition and good taste,which is an important substance for people's daily nutrition supplement.The safety risk factors such as excessive additives,heavy metal pollution and antibiotic residues in milk have become key points of concern for the safety of dairy products.This paper analyzes and expounds the safety control of fresh dairy products,processing,production,transportation and storage of dairy products and other links,and puts forward management and control methods to solve safety risk factors,which has provided a strong theoretical basis for the development of dairy production enterprises.
