Quality Control and Analysis of Heavy Metal Detection in Food
In the era of industrialization, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, and heavy metal pollution has become a major hidden danger in the field of food processing. The long-term accumulation of lead, mercury, cadmium and other heavy metal elements in food will seriously affect human health.Based on this, this paper summarizes the current new standards for heavy metal detection in food as well as the methods for extraction and detection of heavy metal elements in food, focusing on graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,ultraviolet-visible spectrometry,vapor-generated atomic fluorescence spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry in four dimensions to elaborate on the principles and applications of heavy metal detection technology in food, with the aim of providing an accurate and rapid heavy metal detection method for the field of food safety and ensuring the quality of food and consumer health.
