目的:测定不同产地木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量.方法:以云南保山、大理两产地的木瓜为试验材料,通过正交试验对提取方法进行优化,采用高效液相色谱法测定木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量.结果:当提取试剂为甲醇、浸泡时间为1 h、超声时间为 30 min时,提取效果最佳.结论:不同产地木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量有差异,为木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定提供理论依据.
Determination of Oleanolic Acid and Ursolic Acid in Papaya in Different Origin
Objective:To determine the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in papaya from different regions.Method:Using papaya from Baoshan and Dali regions in Yunnan province as experimental materials,the extraction method was optimized through orthogonal experiments.High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in papaya.Result:The best extraction effect was achieved when the extraction reagent was methanol,soaking time was 1 h,and ultrasound time was 30 min.Conclusion:The main chemical components of papaya from different regions show differences in the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid,providing a theoretical basis for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid content in papaya.
