Study on Physical Fitness Requirements and Reasonable Diet of Adolescent Dance Athletes
With the development of dancesport,the competition between athletes has become increasingly fierce,and the requirements for their athletic ability,physical reserve and sports recovery have also increased.Athletes need to have good physical qualities such as strength,speed,endurance,flexibility and coordination,and the development of these qualities is closely linked to dietary nutrition.In particular,young dancesport athletes who are in the critical period of growth and development should pay more attention to a reasonable diet in their daily training.This paper summarizes the main characteristics of dancesport and the overall needs of physical fitness and diet and nutrition of young dancesport athletes by reviewing relevant literature,and puts forward targeted dietary suggestions to improve the competitive performance of young dancesport athletes.
