摘要

随着人口老龄化的加剧,老龄群体的健康问题备受关注,而饮食营养是影响老年人健康的重要因素之一.本文系统综述了人口老龄化的现状,分析了老龄群体对蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物以及其他营养成分的膳食需求,提出了合理调整饮食结构、制定个性化营养指导、加强营养教育与宣传等优化老龄群体饮食营养的策略,旨在通过综合性措施促进对老龄群体饮食营养与健康的关注和改善,提高老龄群体的生活质量.

Abstract

With the intensification of population aging,the health issues of the elderly population have attracted much attention,and dietary nutrition is one of the important factors affecting the health of the elderly.This article systematically reviews the current situation of population aging,analyzes the dietary needs of the elderly population for protein,fat,carbohydrates,and other nutrients,and proposes strategies to optimize the dietary nutrition of the elderly population,such as reasonable adjustment of dietary structure,formulation of personalized nutrition guidance,strengthening nutrition education and promotion.The aim is to promote attention and improvement to the dietary nutrition and health of the elderly population through comprehensive measures,and improve the quality of life of the elderly population.
