摘要

氯丙嗪作为吩噻嗪类药物的代表性镇静剂,在畜禽与渔业饲养中常被用于限制动物活动、降低营养素消耗,以促进动物生长和增重.动物性食品中的氯丙嗪残留对人类健康具有潜在风险,因此快速而准确地测定动物性食品中的氯丙嗪残留对于确保食品安全至关重要.本文总结了近年来动物性食品中氯丙嗪残留检测方法的研究进展,包括色谱技术、色谱质谱联用技术、免疫分析法、电化学分析法以及毛细管电泳法,旨在为动物性食品中氯丙嗪残留检测提供参考.

Abstract

As a representative sedative of phenothiazines,chlorpromazine is often used to limit animal activities and reduce nutrient consumption in livestock and fishery breeding to promote animal growth and weight gain.Chlorpromazine residues in animal foods have potential risks to human health.Therefore,rapid and accurate determination of chlorpromazine residues in animal foods is essential to ensure food safety.This paper summarizes the research progress of the detection methods of chlorpromazine residues in animal foods in recent years,including chromatography,chromatography-mass spectrometry,immunoassay,electrochemical analysis and capillary electrophoresis,aiming to provide reference for the detection of chlorpromazine residues in animal foods.
