Food and drug inspection and testing is an important measure to ensure food and drug safety,and also the key to ensure public health and life safety.In the process of food and drug inspection and testing,it is necessary to ensure not only the reliability of the test results,but also the timeliness of the inspection and testing.The development of information technology has created favorable conditions for improving the timeliness of food and drug inspection and testing.This paper expounds the necessity of the application of information technology,analyzes the problems existing in improving the timeliness of food and drug inspection by information technology,and puts forward corresponding strategies,aiming at promoting the application of information technology in food and drug inspection,improving the timeliness of detection,and promoting the development of modern food and drug inspection.
