A Brief Discussion on the Application of Food Coloring in Pastry
Nowadays,various types of pastry food are very popular on the dining table,especially the design is more novel and distinctive,which attracts more people's attention.Food coloring,also known as colorant,is a kind of food additive for the purpose of food coloring,which can be divided into natural coloring and synthetic coloring.Food coloring is commonly used in the modern food industry to improve the color of food and give it a more appealing appearance.In this paper,the application status of food coloring in pastry is analyzed,and the principles and precautions of food coloring application are pointed out.
