摘要
本文综述了食品智能包装膜的研究进展,重点总结了其在肉制品保鲜、水产品保鲜、抗菌、防氧化、智能显色、pH敏感方面的研究.目前,食品智能包装膜的研究主要集中在功能性方面,而对安全性的研究还不够充分,食品智能包装膜仍有很大的发展空间.
Abstract
This paper reviews the research progress of food intelligent packaging film,focusing on its application in meat product preservation,aquatic product preservation,antibacterial,anti-oxidation,intelligent color development and pH sensitivity.At present,the research of food intelligent packaging film mainly focuses on functional aspects,but the research on safety is not enough,and there is still a lot of room for development of food intelligent packaging film.
