Research Status on Risk Assessment of Cadmium in Animal Seafood
Cadmium can cause damage to kidney,liver,bones,etc.,and dietary exposure to cadmium has become a hot topic of international concern.In this paper,the risk assessment methods and evaluation results of dietary exposure to cadmium in animal seafood were summarized by reviewing the relevant literature published from 2011 to 2023,in order to provide reference for the risk assessment of cadmium in animal seafood.
