摘要

食药用菌是一类有机、营养、保健、药用的绿色食品,是 21 世纪的朝阳产业,发展食药用菌产业也完全契合"大食物观"的相关要求.文章概述了贵州省铜仁市食药用菌产业发展历史,总结了特点,分析了现状,提出了该产业发展的一系列对策.

Abstract

Edible and medicinal mushrooms are a type of organic,nutritious,healthy,and medicinal green food,is a sunrise industry in the 21st century,and the development of the edible and medicinal mushroom industry also fully meets the relevant requirements of the"all-encompassing approach to food"proposed by the country.The article outlines the development process of the edible and medicinal mushroom industry in Tongren city,Guizhou province,summarizes its characteristics,analyzes the current situation,and proposes a series of countermeasures for the development of this industry.
