摘要
茶叶中主要活性成分茶多酚是一种天然无毒无副作用的抗氧化剂,在食品、医药、日化、环保和畜牧业等行业应用广泛,满足了消费者对天然绿色产品的追求.本文综述了茶多酚的传统提取工艺方法与新型提取技术,并对其优缺点进行了客观对比分析,旨在为今后茶多酚提取技术创新提供一定技术参考.
Abstract
Tea polyphenols,the main active component in tea,is a natural non-toxic and non-side-effect antioxidant,which is widely used in food,medicine,daily chemical,environmental protection,animal husbandry and other industries,to meet the consumer's pursuit of natural green products.In this paper,the traditional extraction technology and new extraction technology of tea polyphenols were briefly analyzed and compared,providing some reference for the future innovation of tea polyphenols extraction technology.
