With the development of the economy and the improvement of living conditions for residents,people's attention to food quality is increasing,and food safety issues have become the focus of attention from all sectors of society.As a crucial part of the food quality and safety inspection system,grain inspection technology plays an important role in ensuring food safety.Based on this,this article reviews the current grain inspection technology,studies the application of grain inspection technology in food safety assurance,explores the shortcomings of grain inspection technology,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide certain reference and guidance for improving food quality and strengthening food safety management.
