Discussion on Food Safety Issues and Control Strategies
Food safety is related to public health and the healthy development of the food industry.This paper analyzes the current food safety problems such as food contamination,inadequate treatment of expired food,and opaque food labeling information,and proposes strategies such as strengthening the formulation and implementation of regulations and policies,adopting advanced technology to improve the level of food safety monitoring and management,enhancing consumer awareness of food safety and self-protection ability,and constructing a comprehensive and effective food safety management system and other strategies,aiming to reduce food safety risks,improve the effectiveness of food safety management and provide protection for food safety.
