This paper systematically combs the various links in bulk food labels inspection.For example,the lack or incompleteness of labels,false or misleading information,abuse or misuse of special labels,and special problems in the new industry,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the inspection of bulk food labels,in order to promote our country bulk food market standardization level,to ensure food safety and quality,to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
