摘要

食源性疾病是当前全球最突出的公共卫生问题之一.食源性疾病不仅危害人体健康和生命安全,还会造成大量经济损失以及影响政府的公信力.

Abstract

Foodborne diseases are one of the most prominent public health problems in the world at present.Not only do foodborne diseases endanger human health,but also cause great economic losses and affect the credibility of the government.Studying the experience on prevention and control of foodborne diseases is conducive to improving the foodborne disease prevention and control system in China.It also helps to improve the scientific supervision level of food safety and promote the high-quality development of the food industry.
