食品安全抽检是市场监管部门有效防范食品安全质量事故的重要举措.基于此,本研究通过分析食品安全抽检监管工作的现状,得出食品安全抽检监管工作存在抽样不具有代表性、重复抽样导致资源浪费、样品抽样运输操作不当、缺乏应急抽样响应机制、缺乏专业技术检验人才、检验程序不规范、检验资源分配不均衡、检验能力落后等问题,进而提出优化食品安全检测流程,提高检测人员专业水平;完善应急抽检响应机制,加大日常抽检监督管理力度;扩大抽检样品的覆盖范围,加强抽样样品运输储存管理等措施.
Study on Common Problems and Measures of Food Safety Sampling Supervision
Food safety sampling inspection is an important measure for market supervision departments to effectively prevent food safety and quality accidents.Based on this,this study analyzes the current status of food safety sampling supervision.It is concluded that there are some problems in food safety sampling supervision,such as unrepresentative sampling,waste of resources caused by repeated sampling,improper sample sampling and transportation operation,lack of emergency sampling response mechanism,lack of professional and technical inspection personnel,non-standard inspection procedures,unbalanced distribution of inspection resources,and backward inspection ability.The following suggestions are put forward:improve the professional level of testing personnel;improve the emergency sampling response mechanism,intensify the daily sampling supervision and management;expand the coverage of sampling samples,strengthen sampling sample transportation and storage management.
