摘要

食品添加剂作为现代食品工业的重要组成部分,其在改善食品品质、提升口感、延长保质期以及满足多样化消费需求等方面发挥着重要作用.然而,随着食品添加剂的广泛使用,其带来的质量安全问题也日益凸显,引发了社会各界的广泛关注.因此,深入探讨食品添加剂对质量安全的影响,并提出有效的监管对策,对于保障食品安全、维护消费者健康权益具有十分重要的意义.基于此,本文分析了食品添加剂的使用对质量安全的影响,并提出了监管对策,以供参考.

Abstract

As an important part of the modern food industry,food additives play an important role in improving food quality,enhancing taste,extending shelf life and meeting diversified consumer needs.However,with the widespread use of food additives,the quality and safety problems brought by them have become increasingly prominent,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply explore the impact of food additives on quality and safety and put forward effective regulatory countermeasures to ensure food safety and safeguard the health rights and interests of consumers.Based on this,this paper analyzes the impact of the use of food additives on quality and safety,and proposes regulatory countermeasures for reference.
