The quality and safety of agricultural products are the focus of people's attention.With the large-scale production and consumption of agricultural products,testing of agricultural products has become an important means to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.This article provides an overview of common physical testing methods,chemical testing methods,biological testing methods,and rapid testing methods in the quality and safety testing of agricultural products.It analyzes the key problems in the quality and safety testing of agricultural products and proposes corresponding suggestions.
