The quality and safety of agricultural products are closely related to people's lives.Agricultural product sampling and sample control technology is an important link in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products,and is directly related to the accuracy and reliability of monitoring results.This article analyzes the basic principles,precautions and hidden risks of agricultural product sampling,and proposes targeted risk prevention and control measures,in order to improve the ability to identify risks in the agricultural product sampling process and promote more standardized sampling work.
