Study on Laboratory Management and Quality Control of Food Inspection
Under the background of the new era,there are many kinds of food in China,which provides a lot of convenience for consumers to buy food to a certain extent.However,the accompanying food safety issues have also caused consumer concerns,but also brought a lot of pressure to food inspection work.The laboratory is the basic carrier to carry out food inspection work,and doing a good job in laboratory management and quality control can not only improve the efficiency of food inspection,but also ensure the order of food inspection.Based on this,this paper will explore the management of food inspection laboratories and inspection quality control,and put forward specific strategies to help improve management efficiency,so as to ensure the quality of laboratory food testing.
