Research on Microbial Pollution and Control Strategies in Food Processing
There are various microbial contamination risks in the food processing process,which seriously threaten food safety and public health.Effective control of microbial contamination is crucial for ensuring food quality and safety,and protecting the health of the people.This paper takes the microbial pollution sources in each link of food processing as the starting point,analyzes the harm of microbial pollution to food safety,and puts forward the control strategy of microbial pollution in food processing,with a view to providing theoretical guidance and technical support for food enterprises to implement scientific management and the government to improve supervision measures,and effectively improve the level of microbial safety in food processing.
