摘要

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们不仅追求吃得饱,还关注如何吃得安全、吃得健康.微生物污染是导致食品产生安全风险的主要因素之一,因此开展食品微生物检测工作至关重要.本文通过阐述提升食品微生物检测工作质量的重要意义,剖析影响检测质量控制的主要因素,并提出检测质量控制措施和建议,以期为高质量开展食品微生物检测工作提供借鉴.

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people not only pursue to eat enough,but also pay more attention to how to eat safely and healthily.Microbial contamination is one of the main factors leading to food safety risks,so it is very important to carry out food microbial detection.This paper expounds the significance of improving the quality of food microbial detection,analyzes the main factors affecting the detection quality control,and puts forward the measures and suggestions for the detection quality control,in order to provide reference for the high quality development of food microbial detection.
