Microbial contamination has always been a major problem in the field of food safety and can pose a serious threat to public health and the robust operation of the food industry.The purpose of this paper is to deeply discuss the problems of microbial contamination in food sampling,and put forward specific control measures,so as to provide reliable guarantee for food safety.
