Response Surface Methodology Optimization for Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry Determination of Total Selenium in Rice
The selenium extraction conditions were optimized through single factor and response surface experiments, and a method for the determination of total selenium in rice by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established. The results showed that under the conditions of extracting 5 mL nitric acid volume, microwave digestion at a maximum temperature of 160℃,microwave digestion power of 1 000 W,and acid driving temperature of 135℃,the extraction efficiency of selenium was the highest. After verification of accuracy and precision, the measurement results of this method are reliable.
