摘要

选取内蒙古阿拉善肉苁蓉,对其营养组成与抗氧化活性进行分析.结果表明,肉苁蓉蛋白质含量为 13.08 g/100 g,脂肪含量为 0.20 g/100 g,总多酚含量为(19.90±3.74)mg GAE/g DW,总黄酮含量为(10.67±2.56)mg RE/g DW.肉苁蓉水提取物和乙醇提取物均能够清除DPPH和ABTS自由基,在一定浓度范围内呈现剂量效应关系,且肉苁蓉乙醇提取物具有更好的自由基清除活性.本实验可为肉苁蓉抗氧化产品的开发提供理论支撑.

Abstract

Cistanche deserticola from Alashan origin in Inner Mongolia were selected and analysed for their nutritional composition and antioxidant activity.The results showed that the protein content of Cistanche deserticola was 13.08 g/100 g,the fat content was 0.20 g/100 g,the total polyphenol content was(19.90±3.74)mg GAE/g DW,and the total flavonoid content was(10.67±2.56)mg RE/g DW.Both aqueous and ethanolic extracts of Cistanche deserticola were able to scavenge DPPH and ABTS free radicals,showing a dose-effect relationship in the concentration range,and the ethanolic extract of Cistanche deserticola had better free radical scavenging activity.This experiment can provide theoretical support for the development of antioxidant products of Cistanche deserticola.
